We might not have as many bolted sport crags in Northern Ireland as Europe,  but the ones we do have are excellent for learning on. Next thing you know you'll be booking your first climbing holiday to Spain!
 
This one day course is perfect for beginners or people who have had experience climbing indoors and want to make the move outside.
 
We will focus on:-
Loads of climbing 
Sport Climbing gear 
How to fit a harness and helmet 
How to rethread and clean a route
Abseiling

This course runs with a maximum of 4 people.
