This is a great course if you're new to climbing or have had some experience indoors and fancy venturing outside!
This is a 1 day course that covers everything from how to fit a harness and helmet, tying into a rope and what commands to give as a second climber, but mainly lots of climbing and loads of fun!

The aim of the course is to get you started on your journey of becoming a competent second climber.

How to tie in 
How to belay 
Climbing calls 
Climbing gear 
How to remove gear following a lead climber 
Abseiling 
 
All climbing equipment is provided.
